Order processing

We prepare each order before dispatch. Processing time and transit time are separate. The estimate shown for an item or at checkout is the estimate that applies to that order.

United States delivery

For eligible items fulfilled from U.S. stock, estimated transit is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions and address issues can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take a short time to begin updating after dispatch.

Address changes and delays

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@mattermotiontech.com. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has begun.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the options available for your order. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, please check around the delivery location and contact us promptly.
